Our team is concentrated

Managing director Guy Kauffmann

An X-Ponts engineer with a law degree, HE has held positions as project manager of the project Région Capitale for the minister responsible for Greater Paris, director general of services in a local authority and, most recently, project manager of the GPSO for the prefect of Occitania region, coordinator of the GPSO.

He chairs SGPSO board of directors and is responsible for the company’s general management.

Deputy managing director of technical affairs Clara Kalaydjian

An X-Ponts engineer, she has over a decade’s experience in the infrastructure and transport sectors, central government and industry and at the Caisse des Dépôts et consignations, where she was most recently in charge of the energy transition at the Banque des Territoires in Occitania. She is a member of the SGPSO board of directors and is responsible for the technical aspects of the SGPSO project.

Deputy managing director of finance Adrien Cadier

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, HEC Paris and INET, he has held management positions in local authorities, most recently as deputy managing director of finance, quality of life and attractiveness at Grand Paris Sud Est Avenir. He is a member of the SGPSO board of directors and is responsible for the financial aspects of the project.

Secretary general Benoît Lemozit

An agricultural engineer, Benoît has held management positions in consular chambers, local authorities, the headquarters of the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME) and the General Commission for Territorial Equality (CGET). Most recently, he was mobility advisor to the prefect of Occitania, coordinator of the GPSO. He is responsible for the operational aspects of SGPSO and its bodies, as well as communication and institutional relations.

Deputy secretary general Géraldine Bur

A graduate of Sciences Po Toulouse and the Sorbonne, Géraldine has held positions involving human resources management, expertise and complex projects in government departments, at the Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Urban Planning (CEREMA) and, most recently, as assistant to the mobility advisor to the prefect of Occitania, coordinator of the GPSO. She is responsible for the operational aspects of SGPSO and its bodies, as well as communication and institutional relations for the secretary general.

Financial director Lucia Navy

Lucia has a degree in public and political communication (CPP) and was trained at IRA in Nantes. She has held positions in communication and human resources management in government departments, most recently as investment operations manager at the Banque des Territoires in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, focusing on financing and local development. She is responsible for the financial aspects of the project, working alongside the deputy managing director of finance.

Technical director Thomas Stablon

A graduate of INSA with a PhD in civil engineering, Thomas has over 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector. In particular, he has held positions as engineer, project manager and director of civil engineering, civil engineering structures, geotechnics and tunnelling in both public and private companies in mobility engineering. He is responsible for the technical aspects of the project, reporting to the deputy managing director of technical affairs.

Head of tax and accounting Clara Garelli

Clara Garelli holds a Master's degree in Law and Management from Toulouse Capitole University. She is responsible for monitoring the additional tax on tourist tax on behalf of the South-West New Line and the New Montpellier-Perpignan Line. She is also involved in the work of the SGPSO's General Secretariat, in particular accounting.
