Since February 2022, 24 local authorities and the State have signed the GPSO financing plan, which provides for equal funding.
The signatories are the regions of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitania; the metropolises of Bordeaux and Toulouse; the departments of Haute-Garonne, Gers, Landes, Lot, Pyrénées- Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne; the communes and communities
of Agen, Albi, Auch, Cahors, Castres-Mazamet, Maremne-Adour-Côte-Sud, Montauban, Mont-de- Marsan, Muret, Pau, Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées and Sicoval.
Other local authorities, such as the Grand Dax, will join them as the New Line progresses.
Exceptionally, these south-western local authorities will finance a mobility infrastructure project that will improve everyday and freight transport, as well as their links with France and Europe.
